This makes getting up in the morning reallly easy!
Take half a cup (ish) of old fashioned oats and put into a Tupperware dish
Add half a cup of water and half a cup of fat free milk
Add a couple of teaspoons of low sugar granola (or a couple of teaspoons of Maple Syrup for sweetness)
Add a teaspoon of chia seeds
Add fresh blueberries, blackberries or strawberries, amount is up to you!
Put lid on and shake well.
Put into fridge overnight. Don't worry if it looks as though you have too much liquid. The oatmeal will soak it up. Delicious!!
