Once your doctor has done their checkup and you are able to drive again, I would recommend carrying a towel or a piece of sponge to put between the seatbelt and your chest. you may still be having some tenderness there so having a buffer between the 2 will make it less painful. 

Be careful sneezing after surgery..try to avoid for a while. This may sound silly but when I had my first sneeze I was so scared it shook my glasses off my nose! You have been warned!!
